Brooklyn Rally: Fair Funding, No Fare Hike!
Governor Cuomo's MTA is asking riders to pay more for unreliable bus and subway service. Join fellow riders, legislators and the Fix The Subway coalition as we rally and then testify before the MTA Board Meeting's Brooklyn Fare Hike public hearing. Instead of asking New Yorkers to pay more, Governor Cuomo and our legislators in Albany need to do their job first and give us a full funding plan to #FixTheSubway.
Stand up for a fair, sustainable funding plan that includes congestion pricing and the billions of dollars we will need to repair public transit.
